Very knowledgeable and excellent service

Me and my Roommate were waiting a whole week in absolute misery due to the Air Conditioner breaking. The company we were going to go with initially delayed, so we called Amazing Air and they were able to come and install the unit the very next day. Everyone arrived within the time frame and immediately got to work. The workers themselves were very polite, very friendly, and worked diligently. I am extremely happy with the service I got and will highly recommend Amazing Air to anyone who needs AC work.

I would highly recommend this organization. My AC went out at the perfect moment . Being 8 months pregnant with two children and my husband out of town, I was extremely miserable and wasn't able to get any sleep the night before and was constantly checking on my children to make sure they were okay. I ended up calling for services on a Sunday morning and someone was able to get back to me in less than an hour. Roy (the technician) ended up arriving to my home at least an hour and a half after the phone call. He took his time to explain everything to me. He was very respectful and he worked fast. Not only did he take care of the issue , but he gave me enough information to set me and my family up for success in case we had future occurrences. I will be calling again if I need any other services to be provided. I'm a very content customer. Thank you.
